Introducing the limited edition ATH-W3000ANV Wood Headphones made with Asada Hokkaido cherry wood housing with Echizen traditional Japanese lacquer finish. There will be only 2000 units made worldwide. If you have ever used any of Audio-Technica Japan's wooden headphones starting with the W100 series, you'd know how rare and distinctive the new W3000ANV is. Utilizing a 53mm driver with OFC7N voice coil, the driver units are built with stonger magnetics are used then previous limited edition models. The wooden housing is optimized to to suppress unwanted vibration. Special Lambskin Headphone earpads hand crafted in Spain for unequal comfort, another one of the first beyond the MDR-R10 that was no longer used by the audio industry due to expensive product development. The internally wiring is also separated between left & right wiring. The Wood Housing and Plug decorated with 50th Anniversary Logo. Another pursuit of perfection from Made-in-Japan companies coming into reality. Well done!
