The E-03 is an separate phono equalizer whose only function is to amplify a cartridge's low -level signals with the highest accuracy. Inside there are four independent amplifiers, each fed with power from its own power supply for installation near the turntable to cut the connection cable as short as possible. Whatever cartridge you use, the E-03 makes the most of it and every record it tracks.
